Website and Demo Terms

These terms govern access to the FieldWarden public website and any demonstration environment made available by McCartney Systems, LLC. Commercial subscriptions, licensed deployments, professional services, support, and data processing will be governed by separate written agreements.
Permitted use
You may use the public website to learn about FieldWarden and may use an authorized demonstration environment for evaluation. You may not use the site or demo to violate law, interfere with service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access.
Demonstration environment
The Brighthaven County environment contains fictional data. Demo availability, credentials, features, and data may change or be reset without notice. Do not enter confidential, regulated, personal, or production information into the demo.
Intellectual property
FieldWarden, its software, website content, branding, documentation, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to McCartney Systems, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the website and authorized demo.
No production commitment
Roadmaps, previews, demonstrations, pricing concepts, and descriptions of planned features are informational and may change. They do not create a delivery commitment unless included in a signed agreement.
Disclaimers
The public website and demonstration environment are provided on an “as available” basis for informational and evaluation purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McCartney Systems, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or demo.
Changes and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, maintenance, or business reasons. These terms may be revised by publishing an updated version.
